All products and services remain Haylos and Blooms' property until full payment is made. The applicable price is set at the date you place your order. Service, product, shipping, and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18, you must have your parents' permission to buy from Haylos and Blooms.

You must keep your payment method current if you purchase digital products, membership groups or event tickets on a payment plan. If payment lapses for more than 30 days, your spot in groups or event tickets may be canceled and not refundable.

By purchasing an event ticket, you release the rights to have your photo or video of you used by Haylos and Blooms for future marketing purposes.

All transfers conducted through Haylos and Blooms are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Haylos and Blooms does not store card information, handled over SSL encryption.

Please read the terms of service for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction, as they are responsible for the transactions made. 

 All purchases are FINAL. There are NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS due to the nature of our services. Event tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Digital downloads are NON-REFUNDABLE.
